Terms and conditions Homus.pl

Rules set out the rules for the sale of articles offered by the online store Homus.pl, available at www.homus.pl belonging to the company-Plus Center located at ul. § 1 General:

Sales are made via the Internet in the form of a distance between the purchaser - hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" and an online shop Homus.pl - hereinafter referred to as "Seller".
Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance by the customer rules, and rules of sales.
§ 2 Prices of goods:

The prices of all goods include VAT and are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).

In the transfer the purchaser should specify the order number received via email.
The buyer has 7 days to pay the fee (since the confirmation of the order using the form on request). After this date, the seller is entitled to cancel the order.
§ 4 orders:

§ 5 Shipping Order in Polish:

§ 7 News and sales promotions:

Seller reserves the right to:

§ 8 Discounts:

§ 9 Returns

§ 10 Claims
